Title:
OPHTHALMOLOGICAL APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0473044
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To allow a person to be inspected to fix his face on an ophthalmological apparatus body stably by himself and further to facilitate the alignment of an eye to be inspected by adjusting a relative positional relationship between a means for inspecting the eye to be inspected containing an optical means and a face fixing means by own operation.

CONSTITUTION: A person P to be inspected fixes his face and when a manipulation lever 4 is moved on a base 1 in a longitudinal direction with respect to an eye E to be inspected, he can not recognize an image visually on a TV monitor 16 clearly depending on a doipter of the eye E to be inspected. In other words, when an image formation becomes impossible on the eyegroung Er, a focusing knob 3b is operated following the longitudinal movement of the manipulation lever so that the TV monitor 16 is moved along an optical axis 02 to adjust focus. Simply by this, a clear image can be always presented to the eye E to be inspected irrelevant to the diopter of the eye E to be inspected. This is because a focusing means of an optical system of an inspection means of the eye E to be inspected is arranged independent of a focusing means of an image on the TV monitor 16. Besides, a front eye part image is presented together with a centering mark thereby making the apparatus suitable for self inspection with easier alignment.
