Title:
OPHTHALMOLOGICAL DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004147825
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an ophthalmological device capable of reducing burdens on a patient and facilitating alignment and measurement by presenting a fixation lamp to an eye to be examined at all times.

When an examiner depresses the measurement start switch of an operation part 33, external fixation lamps 21a and 21b are lit and an eye E' on the opposite side performs fixation. The eye E to be examined is illuminated by anterior eye part illuminating light sources 10a and 10b, reflected scattered images of an anterior eye part are image-formed on an image pickup element 9 and a pupil center position is detected from anterior eye part image data. The deviation amount of an optical axis and the pupil center position is calculated, a drive part 34 is controlled so as to match them, and whether or not the deviation amount is within a set allowable range is discriminated. The drive part 34 is controlled in the case that it is not within the allowable range, and when it gets within the allowable range, the external fixation lamps 21a and 21b are put out and an internal fixation lamp 19 is lit. The eye E to be examined can immediately observe the internal fixation lamp 19, and a light source 11 is lit simultaneously. A luminous flux from the light source 11 is projected on the cornea of the eye E to be examined, the deformation is detected and an intraocular pressure is measured.
