Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of detecting epsilon opioid receptor polypeptides in which antibody-polypeptide conjugates are formed by performing immunoreaction with an antibody causing immunoreaction with the epsilon opioid receptor polypeptides and the obtained conjugates are detected.
SOLUTION: The polypeptide contains a specific amino acid sequence and is an antibody causing immunoreaction with an epsilon opioid receptor polypeptide that dose not perform immunoreaction with δ-opioid, κ-opioid, μ-opioid and a corresponding region homologous to somatostatin SSTR3 receptor.
