Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical absorbing body which has sufficient light shielding property, and of which reflectance can be reduced as compared with a conventional product.
SOLUTION: 40nm thick chromium film 12, 113nm thick silicon dioxide film 13, 5nm thick chromium film 14 and 113nm thick silicon dioxide film 15 are laminated in this order on the surface of an optical glass substrate 11. The chromium film 12 shuts off a light beam which is made incident on the substrate 11 from outside, and the chromium film 14 absorbs a light beam reflected on the chromium film 12 to suppress the light beam going out of a laminated structure film (optical absorbing body). Multiple interference due to the light beam transmitted through each film and the light beam reflected at the boundary between neighboring films takes place in the laminated structure film (optical absorbing body), thereby the light beam going out of the laminated structure film (optical absorbing body) is further reduced.
