PURPOSE: To provide the optical base which does not produce any distortion owing to vibrations and impact and which is easy to fabricate by laminating plural sheets of plates of a thickness at which they may be fabricated with a punch press and forming these to such a shape that the other plate does not contact the burrs produced in one plate through pressing.
CONSTITUTION: An example relating to the outside circumferential part is illustrated. In order to eliminate the effect of burrs produced at the end part through pressing, the outside shape of a spacer 23 is made smaller than the outside shape of an upper plate 22 so that the burrs 60 of the end face of the upper plate 22 does not contact the spacer 23. Subsequently, an intermediate plate 24 is made further smaller than the spacer 23 to get rid of the effect of the burrs 60 and the plates 24, 25 are also made subsequently smaller. Such construction enables working time to be reduced and the optical base which prevents the production of distortions owing to vibrations and impact may be provided.
