Abstract:
To provide an optical cable which is excellent in disassembling separation performance and is suitable for recycling.
In the optical cable constituted by having a tear cord between a core part in which light transmitting media are collected and a jacket, the tear cord is composed of at least one among high-strength fiber assemblage 1 which is impregnated with a liquid resin 2 and is cured, high-strength fiber assemblage 1 covered with a thermoplastic resin 3 and high-strength fiber assemblage 1 wrapped with a sheet 4.
