PURPOSE: To eliminate the restraint on distance and to miniaturize the title reader by reading the recording information of an optical card, and transmitting and receiving the information and the signal through an electromagnetic wave between a reading part and a controller.

CONSTITUTION: The data of an optical card 1 are read by a reading part 2, converted to an electromagnetic wave and sent to a controller 8. On the other hand, a signal from a host computer 14 and the signal of the controller 8 is converted to the electromagnetic wave and sent to the reading part 2. At the reading part 2, the electromagnetic wave is received and detected, by a receiving part, converted into the digital signal, the reading position, the control discharging, etc., of the card 1 are performed and displaying is executed to the CRT of a host computer.
