Title:
OPTICAL COUPLER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02241282
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent air from being remained as a bubble and further to prevent a center from being deviated by providing plural projections in the inner circumference of a hole in a coupling frame, which is fitted to an optical substance, and easily moving the bubble to a bubble collector. CONSTITUTION:Between an inner circumferential surface 42a of a lens hole 42 and an outer circumferential surface 22b of a lens 22, an interval part 50 is provided so that cooling liquid can be freely passed. Further, on the inner circumferential surface 42a of the lens hole 42, projections 44-47 are provided at equal intervals to position the lens 22 in the lens hole 42. The respective projections are formed in a shape, for which a column is divided half, and made small to be protruded from the inner circumferential surface 42a. Thus, even when a jig is not used, the deviation between the central axis of the lens and the central axis of the coupling frame can be decreased and the cooling liquid freely goes into the above mentioned interval as well. Then, the air is not remained.
