Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of liquid leak prevention by providing a coupling frame to fit to the face of a projector tube and packing. CONSTITUTION:In an optical coupling device to fill a coolant between a project tube 11 and an optical substance and to link the projector tube and the optical substance, a coupling frame 13 and packing 14 are provided. The coupling frame 13 shapes metal approximately to a quandrangle, forms a recess 15 to fit through the packing 14 to the projector tube 11 on one surface, and forms a fitting surface to fit to a lens 12 on the other surface. Further, the packing 14 is a mold obtained by forming an elastic member to approximately the quandrangle so as to fit to the recess 15, plural positioning projections 20 are protruded on the respective sides of the quandrangle, and a core metal 17 are insertion-molded to the elastic member. Thus, only by attaching the packing 14 to the coupling frame 13, a sealing part is attached to a prescribed position, the projector tube 11 is positioned, and liquid-tightness can be made complete.
