Abstract:
To accurately acquire information on the rocking of a mobile unit.SOLUTION: An optical deflector includes: a mobile unit; a beam unit for rocking the mobile unit; a supporting unit for supporting the beam unit; and an information acquisition unit for acquiring information on rocking of the mobile unit. The beam unit includes a first piezoelectric member for receiving an input of a first voltage and a second piezoelectric member for generating a second voltage. The supporting unit has a third piezoelectric member for generating a third voltage. The first piezoelectric member makes the mobile unit rock by deforming the beam unit on the basis of the first voltage, and the information acquisition unit acquires information on the rocking of the mobile unit on the basis of the information on the second voltage and the information on the third voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
