Abstract:
To provide an optical device which allows for switching between multiple imaging optical systems and for making effective use of a space inside a housing.SOLUTION: An image capturing device 100, an optical device, comprises first and second imaging optical systems L1, L2. The image capturing device 100 allows a user to switch between the first and second imaging optical systems L1, L2. The image capturing device 100 switches between the first and second imaging optical systems by moving the second imaging optical system L2 between a first position, in which the second imaging optical system is outside a space corresponding to a path of light for forming an image through the first imaging optical system L1, and a second position, in which the second imaging optical system is within the first imaging optical system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
