Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain an optical device equipped with structure which suppresses a rise in machining cost by preventing a tool from interferring with opposite reflecting surfaces when the opposite reflecting surfaces are machined or part of the reflecting surfaces after the machining from being burred or crushed, and facilitating the alignment between a rotary reflecting mirror and a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:A recessed groove part 1B is formed at the ridge part formed of the opposite reflecting surfaces 1A to prevent the tool 2 from interferring with the reflecting surfaces, the edge part of the reflecting surfaces is formed into an R part 1D to eliminate burring and crushing, and a reference surface 3A which matches the reflecting surfaces is provided at the tip of the rotary shaft 3 and pressed against the reflecting surface to provide the structure of automatic alignment.
