A bonding pad 12 for supplying an electric current to each LED light emitting section 1 through a bonding wire 6 is provided to a position outside of a visual region (determined by a visual field angle θ of an equal magnification imaging optical system 8) of the equal magnification imaging optical system 8 on a surface of a substrate 4. As a result, an emission light from the LED light emitting section 1 does not enter the visual field angle θof the equal magnification imaging optical system 8 even when the light is reflected by bonding sections 6, 12. Therefore, a stray light or the like caused by the reflection light by bonding sections 6, 12 does not occur on a side of a face of a photosensitive body 9 so that it is possible to surely prevent lowering of quality. At the same time, the above structure is not influenced by the lapse of time and it is possible to maintain the initial function for a long time.
