To provide an optical disk with which the sure suppression of the swelling out of an excess adhesive is possible, the suppression of the deformation accompanying the heat at the time of photosetting is possible, and the possibility of impairing the appearance is low.
This optical disk is constituted by sticking two disk substrates 2, on which recording surfaces 20, 20' and reflection layers 21, 21' covering these recording surfaces 20, 20' are formed, to each other via an adhesive layer 3 and forming these substrates to one sheet. Printing layers 24, 24' for preventing the swelling out of the adhesive into hollow grooves 23, 23' of the traces of a stamper holder of the two disk substrates 2 are formed on the outer peripheries of these hollow grooves 23, 23'.
