Abstract:
This method is for manufacturing optical display panels by re-pasting, to one surface (P1) of an optical cell resulting from removing an optical film from an optical display panel having the optical film and the optical cell that had said optical film disposed on said one surface (P1), a sheet-like optical film (2) having the same configuration as the optical film that has been removed, the method comprising: a re-pasting step for peeling, from a sheet-like optical film (2) obtained by stacking a release film, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, an optically functional film, a first surface protection film, and a second surface protection film (25) in this order, the release film, and re-pasting the sheet-like optical film to the one surface of the optical cell via the pressure-sensitive layer to re-manufacture the optical display panel; and a second surface protection film removal step for removing the second surface protection film (25) after the re-pasting step.
