Abstract:
To provide an optical fiber compounding power cable of which, outer diameter is not increased, manufacturing cost is restrained, and a metal pipe housing the optical fibers is easily connected.
Optical fiber units are installed in valley parts of a corrugated metal cover and laid inside a corrosion protection layer. The optical fiber units are laid between the metal cover and the corrosion protection layer. The inner diameter of a metal pipe of the optical fibers is 0.5-3.0 mm, and the wall thickness of the same is 0.1-0.5 mm.
