Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for taking out an optical fiber capable of easily removing a resin coating an optical fiber in a coated PC steel twisted wire.SOLUTION: An apparatus for taking out an optical fiber includes: an introduction port 31 to which a coated PC steel twisted wire 20 that has a PC steel twisted wire formed by twisting a plurality of PC steel wires, an optical fiber 14A arranged along a twisted groove 14 of the PC steel twisted wire on the surface of the PC steel twisted wire, and a coated resin that coats the PC steel twisted wire and the optical fiber and has a groove part corresponding to the twisted groove of the PC steel twisted wire thereon is introduced; a cutting part 33 that cuts the coated resin of the coated PC steel twisted wire introduced from the introduction port; and a position adjustment part 32 which is arranged between the introduction port and the cutting part and adjusts an optical fiber arrangement twisted groove being the twisted groove where the optical fiber is arranged of the coated PC steel twisted wire introduced from the introduction port to a position corresponding to the cutting part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
