Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical heating method capable of heating an entirety uniformly to a desired temperature even when heating a steel sheet with difference in thickness.SOLUTION: An optical heating method uses an optical heating device that includes one surface side heating mechanism made of a plurality of heating lamps for heating each of one surface and the other surface of a composite steel sheet material, another surface side heating mechanism made of a plurality of heating lamps, and a controller for controlling these one surface side heating mechanism and another surface side heating mechanism, and controls an output of a heating lamp arranged opposite to a laminate part where a first steel sheet and a second steel sheet of the composite steel sheet material are laminated among all heating lamps such that a temperature of the relevant laminate portion reaches a target temperature region, and controls an output of a heating lamp arranged opposite to a single layer portion such that a temperature of the single layer portion reaches a target temperature region prior to the laminate layer portion, and, after reaching the target temperature region, an output of the relevant lamp is controlled to be lowered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
