PURPOSE: To enhance hardness, weatherability, moisture resistance, adhesion, writing performance, etc., by laminating more than one organic resin film having different characteristics on the laser light incident side of a substrate and/or the opposite side thereof.

CONSTITUTION: A hard coat layer 2 of an organic resin laminate is provided on the laser light incident side of a substrate 1 having the opposite side provided with a dielectric layer 4, at recording layer 5, a dielectric layer 4, and a reflective film 6. An overcoat layer 3 of organic resin film is provided on the film 6 where the layer 2 comprises first and second layers 21, 22 of organic resin film. The layer 21 has lower permittivity than the layer 22 and has resistivity of 1×1013Ωcm or less and the layer 22 has higher weatherability, moisture resistance and hardness than the layer 21. The layers 4, 4' are composed of SiO2, SiN, etc., the layer 5 is composed of TbFeCo or the like, and the film 6 is composed of Al, AlTi, etc. This structure enhances hardness, weatherability, moisture resistance, dustproofness, adhesion and writing performance.
