Title:
OPTICAL IRRADIATING APPARATUS AND LIQUID JETTING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008284737
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a liquid jetting apparatus and an optical irradiating apparatus capable of suppressing decrease in illuminance of irradiating light even when ink mist is stuck on an optical transmitting member.

In the optical transmitting member 2, a condensing part 2L is formed so that light irradiated from the optical irradiating apparatus 1 is condensed on a face opposing the optical irradiating apparatus 1, and the condensed light passes through a region applied with a liquid repellent treatment. In the region applied with the liquid repellent treatment, as either the ink mist 38a is not stuck or even if the ink mist 38a is cured by the irradiated light, the ink mist 38a is under a particulate condition, the projected area to the irradiated light is small so that the area shielding the irradiated light becomes small. As a result, as the irradiated light is condensed in a region where decrease in illuminance is small and is transmitted, it becomes possible to suppress the decrease in the illuminance on the irradiated light from the optical irradiating apparatus 1.
