Abstract:
Provided is an optical laminate that functions as a barrier film and a polarizing plate and that resists cracking. This optical laminate has, in order, a polarizer, a stress relaxation layer, a substrate, a first oxide layer that includes ZnO, Al, and SiO2, and a second oxide layer that is configured from SiO2. The elastic modulus of the stress relaxation layer is 0.01 MPa-70 GPa, and the thickness of the stress relaxation layer is 13-200 μm. In one embodiment, the stress relaxation layer is configured from an adhesive.
