CONSTITUTION: When any of plural light beams 1-1 and 1-2 exists, optical adding device 4 outputs the light of a prescribed intensity. Photoelectric converting device 5-1 converts the output light of device 4 to an electric signal. Threshold circut 5-2 converts the output electric signal of device 5-1 to a binary signal, and the threshold is so determined that the output electric signal of device 5-2 becomes the signal of logical value 1 when the light of the said prescribed luminous intensity or more is inputted to device 5-1. Optical switch 6 is controlled by the output of logical value 1 of this circuit 5-2 to cause the light beam from terminal 2 to pass to 3, thereby forming an OR circuit. Inversely, the light beam is cut off by the output of logical value 1 to form a NOR circuit.
