CONSTITUTION: When the power source of a power unit 7 is applied, excitation energy is supplied to a semiconductor laser 5 via a feed code 6, and a laser beam is emitted from the semiconductor laser 5 as a continuous wave or a pulse wave. The laser beam is propagated as reflecting the inside of all the light transmitting fine lines 1 which comprise a fine line bundle 2 on the internal plane of a metallic film layer via a conical connector 3, and is emitted from the tip of the brush part 9. Since the conical connector 3 joined closely to both the semiconductor laser 5 and the fine line bundle 2 is interposed between them, the laser beam can be transmitted without generating loss.
