Abstract:
To provide a technique capable of performing patterning highly accurately and suppressing complication of a processing step for patterning even when patterning is performed on a thin film on an optical surface having a curved surface on an optical member.SOLUTION: An optical member comprises: an optical substrate having an optical surface in a curved surface shape; a thin film which is formed on the optical surface of the optical substrate; and a pattern part which is formed by partially removing the thin film. The pattern part is formed such that a plurality of identical-shape portions are arranged on the optical surface. A substrate surface that is exposed with removal of the thin film includes a laser processing mark along a trace of scan with irradiation of a laser beam for partially removing the thin film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
