PURPOSE: To mold hardened material layer having the precise thickness without the effect of a hardening depth by providing a resin feeding and recovering circulation device, which uniformly feeds light-hardening resin in the quantity corresponding to the thickness of the layer of laminated molded material into a molding cell, and a skimmer device for the surface of resin liquid in a resin molding cell.
CONSTITUTION: A skimmer device 22, which smoothes the surface of light- hardening resin 13 that is moved and filled from one side to the other side of a peripheral edge part, is provided at the upper edge of the peripheral edge part 19 of a resin molding cell 11. Furthermore, in the resin molding cell 11, a circulating device 21, which feeds or recovers the light-hardening resin 13 into or out of the molding cell 11 with a flute-shaped resin recovery groove 14 around the molding cell, is provided. The resin 13 is supplied on a transparent plate 12 in the molding cell 11. The surface of the resin 13 is made to agree with the height of the peripheral edge part 19 of the molding cell with the skimmer device 22. Then, a molding base plate 18 is brought into contact with the liquid surface. Light is cast from a lower light emitting device 15 through the transparent plate 12, and the first hardened material layer is molded.
