Abstract:
To provide an optical scanner device capable of suppressing a stress applied to wiring which is connected to a coil.SOLUTION: An optical scanner device 1 comprises: a support part 10 comprising a pair of facing wall parts 10a; a pair of torsion beams 12 protruded from one of the pair of wall parts 10a in a facing state; a mirror part 14 comprising a mirror 16 for reflecting entered light, and being supported by the support part 10 in a rotatable state through the pair of torsion beams 12; a coil 18 provided on the mirror part 14 so as to surround the mirror 16; and a stress relaxing part 4 which is connected to the support part 10 and the mirror part 14, which is adjacent to at least one of the pair of torsion beams 12, which is longer than the torsion beam 12, and which has wiring 5 electrically connected to the coil 18, and which relaxes the stress applied to the wiring 5 due to rotation of the mirror part 14 relative to when provided on the torsion beam 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
