Abstract:

CONSTITUTION: An optical strain element 1 for generating a strain by radiation of a light, and a moving light source 3 for scanning to radiate the element with a light at a desired speed, are provided. A plurality of divisional strain elements are arranged in the strain element, or formed along a track.
