Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent gears from floating up and to prevent the oscillation and vibration of the gears by arranging a guide shaft above a part where driving parts are concentrated, that is, above a drive transmission gear, a rack gear and a 1st pinion gear.
CONSTITUTION: The guide shaft 10 is positioned between a virtual straight line 11 passing through each center of the drive transmission gear 2, the movable gear 3 and the 1st pinion gear 4 as one of two-step gears and a virtual straight line 11' passing through the center of a 2nd pinion gear 5 and above the gears 4 and 5. That is, respective distances X1 and X1' from a virtual straight line 11" passing through the center of the guide shaft 10 to the virtual straight lines 11 and 11' are nearly equal. The position of the guide shaft 10 is set at the middle position of respective centers of each tooth thickness of the gears 4 and 5, that is, the guide shaft 10 is set on the position satisfying X≉X' in such a way, then, such failures that respective gears become unsteady around the guide shaft 10 and float up are minimized.
