The optically-driven micro-actuator 1 comprises: a micro-housing 10 having a light take-in port to which a light emission end of fiber optics 60 is mounted; a solar cell 30 that receives light from the light emission end of the fiber optics mounted on to the light take-in port, and converts light energy into electric energy; a storage means 40 that is arranged in the micro-housing and stores the electric energy from the solar cell 30; and an electric motor structure 50 that is arranged in the micro-housing at its part other than an operation part, and driven by the electric energy of the storage means. A trasmission part of the electric energy from the solar cell 30 to the electrically-driven micro-actuator is sealed.
