Abstract:
To obtain an optically transparent material (transparent resin film) which has excellent optical transparency, heat resistance and is improved in problems such as dimensional stability, adhesiveness, solvent and chemical resistances, brittleness and easy breaking of the film.
The optically transparent material contains a cycloolefinic addition copolymer having a specific reactive silyl group represented by structural formulas (1) and (2), [in formula (1) A1 to A4 are each independently a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, 1-20C alkyl group, alkenyl group, cycloalkyl group, aryl group or reactive silyl group represented by formula (2) and at least one of the A1 to A4 is the reactive silyl group; X is -CH2- or -O-; m is 0 or 1].
