Abstract:

To provide the optimal setting position detecting method of a fire sensor for allowing an operator to grasp whether a fire sensor set at a prescribed position in a prescribed block sufficiently detects a fire phenomenon, or detects it not sufficiently but to a certain extent, or never detects it, and to surely know the optimal setting position of the fire sensor according to the fire detection level.

This optimal setting position detecting method of a fire sensor comprises a simulated fire generation stage for generating a simulated fire in a block where each fire sensor is set, an output level monitor stage for making a fire receiver monitor the output level of each fire sensor in the simulated fire generating stage, and an optimal setting position detecting stage for detecting the optimal setting position of the fire sensor based on each output level monitored in the output level monitor stage.
