Abstract:
PURPOSE:To distributing the steam quantity of each turbine so that power generating system operates at a highest efficiency point by performing the optimum operation of the power generating system based on continuous linear programming and the theory of combination. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic processing unit 20 collects the steam consumption of each plant by using pressure gages 9x to 9z, the generated quantity of each power generating system by using wattmeters 11 to 13, the used electric power of each plant by using the wattmeters 14, 15, and purchased electrical quantity by using the wattmeters 16a, 16b. Then, it checks whether the operational equipment condition of control system lies within a restricted range or not according to these collected data, and if it does not lie within the range, it returns it to the restricted range. If it lies within the restricted range, it executes optimizing calculation according to the continuous linear programming and the combination theory, and it outputs a calculated value after checking whether it is abnormal or not.
