Abstract:
To provide an optoelectronic module for bidirectionally transmitting optical data having a mounting cost as small as possible, easy to adjust an individual component, and having a small reflection loss.
A beam splitter device 4 is provided with a mold body 14 made from a material transmissible mainly to a radiated beam 7 and a received beam 13, in which a beam splitting layer is burried. An oscillating parts 2, a light receiving parts 3 and a beam converging means 8 are preferably coupled to the mold body 14 directly and provided with a mold coating member 35.
