Abstract:
To provide an oral formulation for spawning induction which can enhance in-organism stability and intestinal absorptiveness by a property of novel GnRHa by creating the novel GnRHa comprising a new function of an amphipathic property having a hydrophilic region and a lipophilic region in a molecule of the GnRHa, and can enhance the intestinal absorptiveness and digestive enzyme resistance while maintaining bioactivity (spawning induction effect), being the non-invasive oral formulation for the spawning induction which is effective for lower vertebrate animals as a whole such as reptiles, amphibians and fishes because this hormone possesses high affinity with respect to a GnRH receptor of the vertebrate animals as a whole.SOLUTION: This invention can improve digestive enzyme resistance and intestinal absorptiveness by browsing a variable array of GnRHa being peptide hormone, and replacing it to nafarel alanine which is high in hydrophobicity, and as a result, the ripening of a lower vertebrate animal becomes possible at a cost which is one fifth of a conventional cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
