To solve the problems in conventional penis erection instruments which are of individually unique creation with high accuracy but the use for physically handicapped persons is not considered, preparation is complicated, there are some members which are difficult to disassemble, complete washing after use is impossible, and the size or the like of a ring is not free to make the use standard too high.
In a preparation stage, the seriously handicapped person mounts a ring to a cylindrical body with a coitus partner's help, and the person concerned performs oral suction while observing the state of the penis in the cylindrical body of transparent glass, to safely allow penis erection. A suction on/off valve connected to the cylindrical body is structured to enable even the physically handicapped person to easily ensure operation with a stem having a hexagonal handle. A fixing valve is formed using Pyrex glass and dividing a part hard to disassemble, in two parts. The whole member can thereby be disassembled to allow washing and disinfection by boiling to minute parts, and a maintenance cost is low since members can be replaced for every member in the minute parts because of not being combined parts.
