Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orange ink composition used in ink jet printing which is balanced in light fastness and color saturation and is excellent in safety to the human body and an ink jet printing method using the ink composition, especially an ink jet printing method for hydrophobic fibers.SOLUTION: An orange ink composition used in ink jet printing contains C. I. Solvent Orange 60 as a colorant is balanced in light fastness and color saturation and is excellent in safety to the human body. An ink jet printing method using the ink composition, especially an ink jet printing method for hydrophobic fibers, is also provided.
