PURPOSE: To provide an order management and service device by which only a small number of waiters and waitresses is required, in which a large amount of orders can smoothly be processed and by which cooking time can be known, in an facility such as restaurant and the like.

CONSTITUTION: Prescribed input is executed by terminal display units 9a-9x terminal machines provided for customer tables 3a-3x. Thus, various messages are displayed on the message display unit 8 of a kitchen 2 through a controller 6, a host computer 4 and a printer 5 (control main body machine), and various notice information are inputted to a waiting time notice console panel 7 (notice operation unit) in a kitchen 2. Thus, various information are displayed on the terminal display units 9a-9x (terminal machines) of the customer tables 3a-3x. Then, an action that a customer orders a desired dish and drink in the restaurant is computer-visualized.
