To provide an organic-inorganic hybrid resin aqueous dispersion capable of forming a cured coating film with the excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance, a curable resin composition, a paint and a painted article.

Provided are the organic-inorganic hybrid resin aqueous dispersion obtained by hydrolysis condensation of an alkoxy group after dispersing in an aqueous medium a zirconosiloxane modified polymer (AB) having a neutralized acid radical and a hydrolyzable silyl group and/or a silanol group obtained by modifying a polymer (A) containing an acid radical and/or a neutralized acid radical and a hydrolyzable silyl group and/or a silanol group with a zirconosiloxane compound (B) containing an alkoxy group bonded with a zirconium atom and/or an alkoxy group bonded with a silicon atom, a curable resin composition containing its aqueous dispersion and a curing agent (C), a paint containing these and a painted article by application of the paint.
