PURPOSE: To provide an organic coating aluminum material capable of being manufactured industrially easily economically by a method wherein an electrode life in spot resistance welding, i.e., continuous spot-weldability and press- formability are particularly improved by being compared with conventional aluminum materials.
CONSTITUTION: An organic coating aluminum material which is excellent in spot resistance weldability and workability is provided wherein an organic resin mixture film of 0.01-3.0μm dry film thickness is formed on both surfaces of the activation processed aluminum material with an organic resin mixture which contains 0.5-20 pts.wt. of a powdery lubricant and 1.0-40 pts.wt. of a conductive corpuscle per 100 pts.wt. of organic resin.
