To provide an organic EL display panel which does not give rise to the thermal deterioration by the thermal influence on organic EL elements of an extremely low heat resistance formed in the pixel regions of the organic EL display panel, is free of the degradation in light emission luminance of individual pixel elements and has an excellent display grade and reliability.

Electrical connection and fixation by a photoeffect are performed by using an insulative photosetting resin incorporated with conductive particles in performing COG packaging of a semiconductor chip to the organic EL display panel and connecting of the flexible wiring substrate, by which the low-temperature packaging can be achieved and the organic EL display panel of a narrow picture frame can be obtained without thermally deteriorating the organic EL elements.
