Abstract:

To provide a particle for a conductive fine particle, capable of attaining low-resistance electrical connection.SOLUTION: In an organic-inorganic composite particle, the content of a deformed particle in which an aspect ratio determined by dividing a major axis of the organic-inorganic composite particle by a minor axis is 1.25 or more, is 70 ppm or less. Preferably, the particle has a polysiloxane skeleton, and more preferably, the polysiloxane skeleton is derived from hydrolysis and condensation polymerization of a silane-based monomer(X).SELECTED DRAWING: None
