Abstract:

To provide an organic thin film transistor for improving charge mobility and hysteresis of the organic thin film transistor using a fluorine-containing silane-based compound to enhance physical properties such as a threshold voltage and the charge mobility, thereby allowing useful application for production of various electronic devices such as a liquid crystal display and a photoelectric conversion element.

The organic thin film transistor comprises a substrate 1, a gate electrode 2, an organic insulating film 3, an organic semiconductor layer 6 and source/drain electrodes 4, 5, wherein the organic insulating film 3 is formed from an organic insulator composition.
