The display includes a substrate; an anode disposed on the substrate; at least one organic light-emitting layer disposed on the anode; a buffer layer disposed on the light-emitting layer; a cathode formed on the buffer layer and made of a first, a second and a third cathode layers, wherein the first, second and third cathode layers are composed of a conductive material, an electron conductive material and the conductive material respectively.
