To provide an organic electroluminescence device having high contrast and high visibility of a displayed image.
There is provided a top emission type organic electroluminescence device array comprising, on a substrate, a plurality of organic electroluminescence devices isolated by optically-transparent isolation members and each having: a pair of one electrode provided on the substrate side and another transparent electrode opposed to the one; and an organic compound layer between the electrodes of the pair. A wiring connected to the organic electroluminescence devices is disposed under the isolation member. A member intercepting external light entering the organic electroluminescence device array from the exterior environment in optical interferometry and preventing reflection of the external light is provided to a bottom portion of the transparent electrode on a surface of the isolation member.
