Abstract:

To provide stable and excellent luminous efficiency without causing the heat deterioration of a hole transfer layer.

A hole injection electrode 2 is formed on a substrate 9, and a hole transfer layer 3 made of a diamond film having the boron concentration of 1.0×1019-1.0×1021 (/cm3) is formed on the hole injection electrode 2. An organic luminous layer 4, an electron transfer layer 5 and electron injection electrode 6 are laminated in sequence on the hole transfer layer 3, and a transparent plate 8 is formed on the electron injection electrode 6.
