PURPOSE: To produce the org. non-agrochemical fertilizer which is formed by utilizing fish meat extracts and has an effect as an org. fertilizer for various kinds of plants, lawn of golf courses, etc., simultaneously has bactericidal, insecti cidal, antimicrobial, vermin repelling and disinfecting properties, have no uncom fortable smells at all, hardly putrefy and have a preservable property and to provide the method for producing the same.
CONSTITUTION: Protease is added by 0.05 to 0.2% respectively to a soln. formed by steam cooking of the residue of high-capturable fish, then separating away soilds and fat-components or a soln. prepd. by maintaining the high-capturable fish at 40 to 45°C optimum self-digesting temp. of the fish bodies after direct grinding. The former soln. is subjected to enzymic decomposition at 50°C optimum temp. of the enzyme and the latter soln. at 40 to 50°C self-digesting temp. of the fish bodies and, thereafter, the solns. are heated to 100°C to cause enzyme deactivation. Chitosan, pyroligeous acid liquid, hinokitiol and Eucalyptus oil are compounded with the decomposing liquid of the former soln. as it is or with low-molecular amino acid peptide soln. obtd. by centrifugal sepn. of the decomposing liquid of the latter soln., by which the fertilizer is obtd.
