Abstract:
To provide a new organic peroxide, its derivative, a radical polymerization initiator and to provide methods for their production.
The invention includes the organic peroxide includes a long chained polyfluoroalkyl group and is expressed by Rf[CF2OCF(CF3)]n1C(=O) OO(C=O)[CF(CF3)OCF2]n2Rf. And the derivative having the long chained polyfluoroalkyl group on the terminal obtained by using the organic peroxide, or the derivative introducing a polyfluoro-oxa-alkyl group on an aromatic ring obtained by reacting the organic peroxide with an aromatic compound. The radical polymerization initiator includes the organic peroxide as an essential component.
