PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoelectric conversion material for imaging pickup device using a compound having a principal absorption band in a near infrared light region which is industrially usable, has high light durability, has processing easiness usable for an organic photoelectric conversion device, and to provide an organic photoelectric conversion device and an organic imaging device.SOLUTION: The organic photoelectric conversion material for imaging device includes a compound having benzobis (thiadiazole) represented by the general formula (1) as a main skeleton.
