Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve adhesion with a photosensitive layer and electrophotographic performance by comprising a cylindrical conductive base body with a specific thermal expansion coefficient and an organic compound group photosensitive layer.
CONSTITUTION: In an electrophotography photoreceptor provided with a cylindrical conductive base body 1, in which conductive powder and inorganic fiber are contained in a cross linked type polyphenylene sulfide resin and thermal expansion coefficient A is provided, and an organic compound group photosensitive layer 5, which is applied on the surface of the base body 1 and is provided with a thermal expansion coefficient B, a ratio of the thermal expansion coefficient A to the thermal expansion coefficient B is set to be more than 1/4 and less than 1/2. As the cylindrical conductive base body 1, cross linked type polyphenylene sulfide resin containing carbon black and glass fiber is desirable. In the cylindrical conductive base body 1, the thermal expansion coefficient A from 2×10-5 to 4.0×10-5 K-1 is preferable. In the organic compound group photosensitive layer 5, the thermal expansion coefficient B from 6×10-5 to 10×10-5 K-1 is preferable.
