Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: an organic resin-coated steel sheet which contains a primer that has achieved high adhesion to an organic resin during processing and retort adhesion at the same time without using BPA; a can; a can lid; and a method for producing this organic resin-coated steel sheet. [Solution] An organic resin-coated steel sheet according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a base; a thermoplastic resin, with which the base is coated; and an adhesive layer that is interposed between the base and the thermoplastic resin, while containing a polyester resin and a resol type phenolic resin, each of which does not contain a component derived from a bisphenol compound, at a (polyester resin)/(resol type phenolic resin) ratio of 5.7-19.
